Responsibilities

Over four consecutive editions of Isola Design Festival, one of the leading platforms of Milan Design Week, I contributed to the planning, development, and execution of festival-wide communication and event production activities across the Isola district.

From art direction to project coordination, overseeing the development of communication systems across exhibitions, installations, talks, and public activations. Beyond creating visual identities and communication assets, I coordinated production workflows, suppliers, installation requirements, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful delivery of festival materials across multiple venues.

The project required balancing creative direction with operational execution, managing assets ranging from maps, wayfinding systems, exhibition graphics, flags, and printed materials to digital campaigns, motion content, and on-site communication. Working across multidisciplinary teams, I helped translate the festival's vision into a cohesive experience that could function consistently across both physical and digital environments.
