Scope

Overview

Design Next is a flagship exhibition developed through a collaboration between Dubai Design District (d3) and Isola Design Group and launched during the 10th edition of Dubai Design Week. The exhibition explores sustainable design, circular economy principles, innovative materials, and emerging technologies, bringing together designers, brands, and thought leaders to inspire new approaches to production and consumption.

Responsibilities

I was responsible for the creative direction and development of the entire visual identity, from concept to implementation. This included the creation of the logo, key visuals, motion assets, communication language, and overall visual system for the exhibition.

Working closely with stakeholders from Isola Design Group and Dubai Design District, I translated the exhibition vision into a cohesive identity that could be applied consistently across physical and digital touchpoints.

During the execution phase, I collaborated with Ogilvy, who managed the production and implementation of the communication materials. Acting as lead creative, I directed and reviewed outputs throughout the process to ensure alignment with the original concept and visual standards.

I also supported the production phase and on-site implementation in Dubai, overseeing the application of the identity across exhibition graphics, printed materials, and visitor-facing communication assets.
